Delivery And Returns

Delivery 

  1. The exact time of delivery will be communicated on the product page and vendor listing page of the website. 

  2. Note that any product that is bespoke, personalised or customised in any way specifically for you may take longer. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays outside of our control. Unless expressly otherwise stated on the product site, prices are inclusive of delivery. 

  3. You are responsible to provide accurate information for delivery. 

Returns and cancellations 

  1. For products, which are refundable as per the vendor’s product listing page, you will have such a period of time as set out on the vendor listing page from receiving the item to returning the product to them. The item must be unused, with all labelling and in the original packing and in the same condition in which they received it. 

  2. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to the vendor in line with the vendor returns policy and we will issue a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

  3. However, some products are non-refundable and this will be set out on the relevant product page and vendor listing page. Non-refundable items shall include, but not be limited to: 

  • Personalized or custom-made items in accordance with customer specifications; • Perishable products such as flowers and food; 

  • Discounted items or gift cards; and 

  • Personal items such as earrings or beauty products. 

  1. For non-cancellable or refundable items, you may cancel your order as set out on the vendor listing page by notifying them through the supplier ‘chat’ interface within 24 hours of placing your order and including the order number. Where the item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned by you in line with the returns policy in these Terms. 

  2. Refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card. 

Return Process 

  1. If you have an account with the Website, please login and message the vendor directly from their listing page using the supplier ‘chat’ interface, mentioning the product you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. 

  2. If you have checked out as a guest, please send an email to hello@beyondthemall.me, stating the order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason(s) for return. 

  3. In all cases, the seller/the site will contact you with the steps to return the item to them, including the address for return.
