Within the UAE:
- Dubai: 
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 10 am (local time) will be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered on the next business day.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 1pm (local time) will be delivered on the next day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be delivered within the next 2 business days.
- All other Emirats: 
Next-Day Delivery: All orders placed before 1pm are guaranteed to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered within the next 2 business days.
GCC countries: We now deliver across GCC countries. Delivery times range from 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country.
International Shipping: Not delivering yet, coming Soon. 
Shipping times depend on product availability.
Our business days are from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UAE.

Returns:

You may return your towel(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

How to Return:

Contact our Customer Service team at contact@alwann.com to initiate the return process.
Ensure the towel(s) are securely packed in their original packaging.
Ship the item(s) to the provided return address.
After we receive the returned item(s), we’ll confirm the approval and process your refund.
