Return Policy
• 7-day return window for all non-custom items.• To request a return, send us a message via the chat — we will arrange a courier pickup for you.• You will only need to print a small return label and hand it to the courier.
*Custom or personalized items (e.g., engraving or candles made from a customer’s own bottle) cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective on arrival.
If an item arrives damaged, please message us within 48 hours with a photo of the item and packaging — we will replace it free of charge, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
