2. “Beyond The Mall FZ-LLC” maintains the https://www.beyondthemall.me Website and the United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
3. These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referred to herein (set out the legally binding agreement between Beyond The Mall FZ-LLC (us) and the customer (you). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Payment
4. Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
5. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
6. You will receive confirmation of payment via email within 1 hour of purchase.
7. Prices are inclusive of VAT, non-optional packaging and delivery charges and as otherwise set out on the vendor listing page for the product.
Delivery
8. The exact time of delivery will be communicated on the product page and vendor listing page of the website.
9. Note that any product that is bespoke, personalised or customised in any way specifically for you may take longer. We cannot be held liable for any delivery delays outside of our control. Unless expressly otherwise stated on the product site, prices are inclusive of delivery.
10. You are responsible to provide accurate information for delivery.
Returns and cancellations
11. For products, which are refundable as per the vendor’s product listing page, you will have such a period of time as set out on the vendor listing page from receiving the item to returning the product to them. The item must be unused, with all labelling and in the original packing and in the same condition in which they received it.
12. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to the vendor in line with the vendor returns policy and we will issue a refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.
13. However, some products are non-refundable and this will be set out on the relevant product page and vendor listing page. Non-refundable items shall include, but not be limited to:
• Personalized or custom-made items in accordance with customer specifications; • Perishable products such as flowers and food;
• Discounted items or gift cards; and
• Personal items such as earrings or beauty products.
14. For cancellable or refundable items, you may cancel your order as set out on the vendor listing page by notifying them through the supplier ‘chat’ interface within 24 hours of placing your order and including the order number. Where the item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to be returned by you in line with the returns policy in these Terms.
15. Refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Return Process
16. If you have an account with the Website, please login and message the vendor directly from their listing page using the supplier ‘chat’ interface, mentioning the product you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
17. If you have checked out as a guest, please send an email to hello@beyondthemall.me, stating the order number, the item or items you wish to return and the reason(s) for return.
18. In all cases, the seller/the site will contact you with the steps to return the item to them, including the address for return.
Privacy and Security
19. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
20. All credit/debit cards' details and personally identifiable information will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties by us.

22. https://www.beyondthemall.me takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, https://www.beyondthemall.me (website) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.
23. https://www.beyondthemall.me is not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links, including but not limited to its payment gateway provider, Telr. If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply. You should contact these entities directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.
24. The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, we encourage you to frequently visit
these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
Restrictions
25. We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
26. Minor /those under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the Site and shall not transact on or use the Site.
27. The Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and any other information required by https://www.beyondthemall.me policies and rules as set out on the Site.
Governing law
28. This agreement and any purchase, dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
29. Each of us irrevocably agrees that the courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement, its subject matter or formation.
