We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

3D Printed Products
Many of our products are designed and manufactured using 3D printing technology. As part of this process, slight layer lines, minor surface variations, and small differences in texture may naturally occur. These characteristics are part of the manufacturing process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. They are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
