If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or resolving the issue promptly.
For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
