All of my items are lovingly personalised and custom made just for you, which means I am unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is very important to me!

If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it, and I will be happy to remake it and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

Each personalised item is carefully crafted just for you, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made before it’s shipped. I will try to complete your order in a shorter time, if I'm able to.

UAE Shipping: I offer delivery across the UAE. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after production and typically arrive within 1-2 day from shipping.

International Shipping: Currently, Beyond the Mall only allows shipping within the UAE.
