As all of our items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has begun. Please check all spelling, names and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Every Desert Rose item is handcrafted and personalised to order. Once your order has been created, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched via Quiqup for next-day delivery within the UAE.

Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume, but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.
