Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
A return handling fee of AED 25 will be applied, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via the chat on our shop page with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items if the replacement is in stock. Please specify your preferred exchange item when contacting us. Customers are responsible for any price differences and applicable shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Shipping will take 2 to 4 business days. (with the exception of Public Holidays) Shipping time may vary in certain weather conditions. Shipping is also temperature controlled.
