Return Policy
We offer a 7 day return policy for items that are defective, damaged, or faulty. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and original packaging, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us on the chat. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
