As each Moo Hub piece is made to order and often personalised, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your satisfaction with your order is very important to us, so if there is an issue with your print, or you are not fully happy with the finished design, please contact us within 7 days of recieving your order. We will always do our best to make things right. Where appropriate, we may offer a complimentary replacement print, allowing you to simply update the artwork within the frame previously purchased without needing to return the original frame/print.

All Moo Hub orders are carefully prepared and hand-delivered to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We aim to deliver all orders within 2-4 business days from order confirmation, depending on your location within Dubai. Delivery times may vary slightly based on scheduling and area, but we will always keep you updated and confirm your delivery timeframe once your order has been placed.

At Moo hub, your privacy in very important. As a small home-run business operated solely by myself, all customer information is handled personally and kept strictly confidential. Your details are used only to process orders, arrange delivery, and provide customer support. Information is stored securely on protected systems, with no access by third parties unless required for deliveries.
