As all of our products are personalised, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless your product is faulty or has been personalised incorrectly. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your personalised order before you place your purchase, as your order cannot be altered once processed. We process all orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you need your order quicker than this, please email us first to check how quickly we can get it sent out to you.
All orders are shipped from Dubai, United Arab Emirates through Aramex.
