3. Delivery Fees
Free delivery for orders over AED 100
Standard shipping fee 20 AED (displayed at checkout) applies to orders below AED 100

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except as required by UAE law. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or other resolution, depending on availability.
3. Customer Responsibility
Our flashcards are designed for children ages 36 months and up, under parental supervision. We cannot replace or refund orders placed in error, due to a change of mind, or product misuse.
