1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except as required by UAE law. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or other resolution, depending on availability.

3. Customer Responsibility

Our flashcards are designed for children ages 36 months and up, under parental supervision. We cannot replace or refund orders placed in error, due to a change of mind, or product misuse.

3. Delivery Fees

Free delivery for orders over AED 100

Standard shipping fee 20 AED (displayed at checkout) applies to orders below AED 100

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on business days only. Delivery is completed by trusted UAE courier partners.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided during purchase.
