Personalised and sale items
Personalised, custom-made and sale items cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any necessary return delivery costs.

Refunds and delivery costs
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return delivery costs, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Shipping & Delivery - We aim to deliver your Giftchicken order within a maximum of 2–3 business days. Personalised or custom-made items may take longer; any additional preparation time will be confirmed when ordering.

UAE delivery charges

• AED 20, with free delivery on orders over AED 150.
